SPU #5 is a Type 2 Structure Protection Unit to be used to protection homes, buildings etc. during a wildfire event. Type 2 trailers are equipped in accordance to the Office of the Fire Commissioner (OFC) and BC Wildfire Services (BCWS) standards. The contents of a Type 2 trailer can meet the water delivery requirements for sprinkler systems to assist in the protection of communities and businesses.
